Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Transport costs will be borne by the customer. We offer a standard international shipping option with default tracking for every order

What transport do you use?

We use the services of UPS in France and abroad for most countries. For countries that are not supported by Fedex, we use other carriers depending on the destination.

Return and Refund

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, you have 14 days from receipt of the package.

In this case, please follow these instructions:

  1. Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them (tags attached, folded in the original packaging...)
    2. Email us contactus@ocuriostore.comwith your order number to request a return and wait for our instructions.

3.- You must use a trackable shipping service
4. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*There are certain situations where refunds will not be possible:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, postmark valid.

-Personalised, custom made or pre-order collection items.

How and when will I be reimbursed?

If the 14-day returns period of our returns policy is respected, we guarantee a full refund for any item returned using the same payment method used when paying for the items. For returns made between 14-20 days, reimbursement with a credit note of equal value to the returned items. The refund is made after receipt of the parts.

Our ponchos have been imagined and created by our creative director and our craftsmen, then made by our craftsmen. All our ponchos are made with delicacy and a lot of love. Any irregularity in the poncho manifests its uniqueness and authenticity.

How should I take care of my poncho?

We recommend washing the pieces in the washing machine - cold water - delicate cycle and separately Dry flat. Iron with low iron if necessary or dry clean.

Money laundering prohibited. Do not tumble dry.

Are there different sizes?

Our ponchos are one size fits all. Our designs have been thought to be enveloping and easy to wear. Its design and size make it easy to mix with all your outfits.

We can promise you that our designs are made to fit all body types.

What materials are the ponchos made of?

We have 2 different types of ponchos.

Our spring-summer collection ponchos are made of 100% cotton.

Our autumn-winter ponchos are made of 100% wool.
