SHIPPING OPTIONS

O`curio ships its products worldwide. We offer a standard international shipping option with default tracking for every order. We use La Poste France and Fedex for domestic and International shipping.

Duration of shipment:

As we ship worldwide, lead times vary from country to country. Delivery times vary between 2 and 10 working days. Do not hesitate to send us a message if you have not heard from your package after 14 days.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed during the covid-19 pandemic, as packages may be held by your local post office for security reasons for an indefinite number of days. We have no control over this process.

Processing Time:

The processing time (i.e. the time elapsed between the moment an order is placed and the moment it is shipped) is 2 to 4 working days. In order to keep shipping times to a minimum, we process orders in real time during this month.

International Shipping Information:

We ship to all countries internationally. International customers may be required to pay duties and taxes on their order. Please contact your local customs office for up-to-date information on fees that may be applied to your order. O`curio is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties that customs require on your order. Any returned or rejected packages due to unpaid duties / taxes may not be eligible for a refund.
