Return policies
Please follow the below instructions:
1. Email contactus@ocuriostore.com. to start the returns process. Please include you’re your receipt or proof of payment, order number, the style/s you want to return, and the email addresses associated with the order. You must notify O`curio via email within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Any requests made after fourteen (14) days of receipt will be denied.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you an address to return ship to.
3. Pack your item/s in all original packaging and with hang labels attached and unused. Please write down the order number/s on a sheet of paper and include in the package.
4. Prior to shipping, please note the tracking number on the label, as this number will allow you to track the progress of your return to O`curio.
5. Please return ship to the address provided and share the tracking number with us in an email, so we can follow the arrival of the item.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be possible:
- Any item that is not in its original condition,original tags, is damaged, dirty, already used or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, postmark valid.
-Personalised, custom made or pre-order collection items.

All sale items are final sale - no returns, exchanges or refunds.

All items in the pre-order collection, custom made or customized are final items no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Refunds
After your return package is delivered back to our office, please allow seven (7) business days to be processed through our quality control we will email you to let you know we have received your return item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation refund email. Please note your refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check again first your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes a while before a refund is issued.
Exchanges
In order to service you most effectively, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you must return your original order and place another order securing the style/color/size you would like to purchase. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us contactus@ocuriostore.com and we'll let you know what to do.
Processing Time
Please allow seven (7) business days from when your exchange is delivered to our warehouse to process. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You must use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the tracking number is the only valid proof.
It is important that the returned item is in its original condition, in its original packaging.
